1. Project Manager and Consultant: Major participation in the creation and the development of Broadband Networks activity in Sofrecom : audits, design of broadband networks, consulting and studies in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and Oceania.

2. New projects proposals for clusters AdvanCity (EcoDom™, EcoTraP™) and System@tic ( DisponiTIC™).
   
   
3. Management of the migration of the network head for 30 branches of international retail bank (BHFM) of Société Générale, and design of several networks for Private Banking branch of Société Générale.
   
   
4. Creation and development of a new company specialized in consultancy, management, education & audits in the IT domain.
   
   
5. Responsibility and realisation of courses and trainings on telecommunications and IT.
   
   
6. Researches in the domain of multimedia voice and data networks for the European Commission (EC), MISA; technical coordination of MEPHISTO project on the management of photonic networks, Samba project for mobil ATM applications.
